Physical CDs and Songbooks will ship within 3 business days from your order date. 

You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number of your package once it has shipped.

Digital product (MP3s and PDFs) will be made available immediately after purchase. You will receive an email containing links to download your digital order(s).

Domestic Orders

In the USA, items are shipped via USPS Media Mail and typically arrive at your door within 3-7 days after purchase. You will received the tracking notification once your order has shipped.

USPS Media Mail is the most cost effective option to send a package for Domestic US Mail. However, you may choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express Shipping during the checkout process. The price and delivery window for those options will display at checkout.

International Orders

UPDATE: The United States Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. Customers: please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed at the link here, until further notice.

We may still be able to mail your package via DHL to affected countries such as Australia and New Zealand. However, there will be an increased cost for this service which will be visible at checkout. Thanks for your understanding during this difficult time.

International orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow an additional 7-28 business days for your package to clear international customs and arrive at your destination. Shipping times vary from country to country and may be affected by your country's customs procedures. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing the Customs Number/Tracking Number.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all applicable duties and import taxes.

Go to the Contact Us page and send us a message. Select the Subject line: "Questions/Problem With My Order". Include your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email) and tell us the correct shipping address. Typically, we ship orders within 3 business days, so the sooner you tell us the better we can try to correct the situation for you.


We will accept returns on Physical CDs and Printed Songbooks but they must be in their original, unopened packaging. You must email: to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from your date of purchase. Please include your Order Number in your email.

ALL products MUST remain in their original, unopened, shrink-wrap packaging in order to qualify for a refund.  Customer is responsible for all return postage on returns. Refunds are made for the purchase value of the products only, excluding original shipping and handling charges. Once the returned products are received by us for authorized returns, we will process your refund within 2-4 business days.

Autographed items are NOT returnable/refundable under any circumstances.

There are NO refunds or returns on downloadable items. Downloadable items include: MP3 and PDF files. All sales on digital products are FINAL.


When you purchase a digital song (MP3) or digital sheet music (PDF), you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your order, including a download link. Simply click on the link to download your song(s) or sheet music.

NOTE: Before you begin your download, take note of the default download location your computer uses so you can easily locate your items.

If you are unable to successfully download your item(s), send us a message using the Contact Us form and the subject line: "Problem with My Download". We'll respond back quickly and have you enjoying your purchases in no time at all.

Sadly, some of Kevin's songs are either not currently available as sheet music or we do not have the administrative rights to sell them.
